Shipping policy

DAY OF GENERAL RELEASE: Please allow the NEXT WORKING DAY after the collection/product drop date for your order to be processed.

Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. 

Shipping will proceed with a confirmation email, tracking number, and updates sent to the customer's email address used at checkout.

PREORDERS: Please allow 2-3 weeks from when the preorder closes for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped. All customers will receive confirmation emails, tracking details, and updates throughout this whole process. Updates on all preorders will be sent via email and Instagram: @lyfstldn

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES: 

• UK: 3 - 5 working days
• EU: 5 - 10 working days
• REST OF THE WORLD: 5 - 10 working days

There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (e.g. poor weather, courier delays, holidays etc).

We will try our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return, and our postage charge is non-refundable.
